Haiti has grown coffee since the 18th century, and at one time the island supplied a large share of the world's coffee. Coffee is still at the heart of Haitian daily life, shared in the morning with family and neighbours.
Tasting notes: Haitian coffee is known for its low acidity, its rich, smooth medium body and its subtle chocolatey notes.
This Premium Blend is precision ground and ready to brew. Use it in a drip coffee maker, French press or stovetop moka pot.
Our tip: serve it with the crêpes and a drizzle of maple syrup for a true Haitian-Canadian brunch.

🥞 02 — CRÊPES
Easy Crêpe — French crêpe mix, original version (250 g)
Handmade in Ottawa, Ontario, this mix makes delicious sweet or savoury French crêpes in minutes: just add water.
• Only 4 natural ingredients: wheat flour, skim milk powder, whole egg powder, salt
• No added sugar, no artificial colours or flavours
• One bag makes 10 to 12 large crêpes
Preparation (2 large crêpes): ½ cup of mix (58 g) + ½ cup of water. Add half the water, whisk, then add the rest until the batter is smooth. Cook in a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium-high heat and flip when the edges start to brown.
Serving ideas:
• Sweet: Pinnacle Hill maple syrup, fresh fruit or chocolate.
• Savoury: ham and cheese, egg, spinach or mushrooms.
