SHIPPING POLICY – RevAction

This policy explains how orders placed on revaction.ca are prepared, shipped and delivered.

1. Delivery area

We currently ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping to the United States and other countries is not available yet.

2. Free shipping from $60

  • Orders of $60 or more (before taxes): free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Our Canada Flavours and Nord & Soleil gift boxes qualify on their own.
  • Orders under $60: Canada Post or Purolator rates are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and destination, before you confirm your order.

3. Faster delivery

At checkout, you can choose a faster paid option: Canada Post Xpresspost or Priority, or Purolator Express.

4. Where parcels ship from

  • RevAction gift boxes: prepared and shipped by RevAction from Ottawa (Stittsville), Ontario.
  • Products from our vendors (for example Nenette’s Home Made): shipped directly by the vendor from Ottawa or their area. One order may therefore arrive in several parcels.

5. Timelines

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days. During the holiday season, this may take a little longer.
  • Standard delivery: about 2 to 7 business days depending on the province (Ontario and Quebec: often 2 to 4 days).

These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. To receive your gifts in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering before December 10.

6. Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order from your customer account.

7. Food products

Our products are non-perishable foods, carefully packed for shipping. Some contain allergens (peanuts, wheat, milk, eggs): please check each product page.

8. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Email us at revactioncanada@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (with a photo if the parcel is damaged), or as soon as tracking shows a problem. RevAction follows up with the carrier and the vendor and offers a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not picked up, re-shipping fees may apply.

10. Corporate gifts

For 10 or more gift boxes, or delivery to several addresses, email us: we offer special pricing and will organize shipping with you.
