TERMS OF USE AND SALE – RevAction

These terms govern the use of revaction.ca and purchases made on it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by RevAction Inc., 336 Horseshoe Crescent, Stittsville (Ottawa), Ontario K2S 0B6, Canada (“RevAction”, “we”). Email: revactioncanada@gmail.com.
2. What RevAction sells
RevAction offers two types of products:
- RevAction gift boxes (for example Canada Flavours, Nord & Soleil): assembled, sold and shipped by RevAction, which is the seller.
- Products from partner vendors (for example Nenette’s Home Made): made and sold by independent businesses on the RevAction platform. The vendor is responsible for making, compliance and shipping of its products; RevAction manages the online sale, payment and customer service.
The seller of each product is shown on its product page.
3. Product information
We do our best to keep descriptions, photos, ingredients and allergens accurate. Information on vendor products is provided by those vendors. Always read the label before eating a product, especially if you have allergies. Photos may differ slightly from the product received, and the contents of a gift box may be adjusted based on availability, with a product of equivalent value.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time, but you are charged the price shown when you place your order.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, an out-of-stock product or suspected fraud; you are then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and by PayPal. RevAction does not store your full card details.
7. Shipping
We ship within Canada. Details (free shipping from $60, timelines, tracking) are described in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and refunds
Return, exchange and refund terms are described in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Corporate gifts
For orders of 10 or more gift boxes, special pricing and specific terms (price, personalization, delivery dates and addresses) may be agreed in writing with RevAction.
10. Customer account
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the confidentiality of your password. We may suspend an account used fraudulently.
11. Reviews
Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience and free of offensive, illegal or defamatory content. We may remove any review that does not comply.
12. Prohibited use
You may not use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes, disrupt its operation or infringe the rights of others.
13. Intellectual property
The RevAction name and logo, the site design, texts, photos and videos are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Partner vendors’ brands belong to them.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RevAction is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Personal information
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on the site when you place your order.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
