What's in the box

☕ Haitian coffee

Kafia International Coffees Premium Blend (340 g, ground). Haiti has grown coffee since the 18th century. It's known for its low acidity, round body and chocolatey notes. It works in a drip, French press or moka pot.

🥞 The crêpes

Easy Crêpe mix (250 g), handmade in Ottawa with only 4 ingredients. Add water, whisk, and it's ready. One bag makes 10 to 12 large crêpes.

🍁 Maple syrup

Two bottles of pure Ontario maple syrup from Pinnacle Hill Farms. On crêpes, in coffee or in the infusion.

🍋 The spiced infusion

Nenette's spice infusion (ginger, lemon, turmeric, cinnamon), made in Ottawa from a Haitian family recipe. 20 bags to end brunch on a warm note.

Our Nord & Soleil brunch in 3 steps

1. Start the coffee while the pan heats up.
2. Make the crêpes: ½ cup of mix + ½ cup of water for 2 large crêpes. Cook over medium-high heat and flip when the edges turn golden.
3. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh fruit. Finish with a cup of infusion sweetened with maple.

Prefer savoury? Fill the crêpes with ham and cheese, an egg or spinach.
